Job Summary:

GK Builders and Developers is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Guest Relationship Executive to support our ready-to-register plot sales vertical. The Guest Relationship Executive is the first point of contact for all visitors and potential clients at the real estate office or project site. They are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing client interactions professionally, and supporting the sales and customer service teams with administrative and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a strong understanding of real estate service standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Client Reception & Hospitality:

o Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and prospects in a warm and courteous manner.

o Ensure guests are comfortable and informed while waiting.

o Offer beverages and handle guest needs during site visits or office meetings.


• Communication & Coordination:

o Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

o Schedule client appointments and coordinate with the sales team for meetings or site visits.

o Maintain a log of walk-in clients and share daily reports with the sales team.


• Client Support & Relationship Building:

o Provide initial project information to potential buyers or walk-in clients.

o Handle minor client concerns or redirect them to the appropriate department.

o Build a rapport with clients to enhance their experience and brand loyalty.


• Administrative Duties:

o Maintain a neat and presentable front desk area.

o Handle courier, mail, and documentation related to client communications.

o Assist in organizing events, client meetings, or open house days.


• Support Marketing & Sales Activities:

o Assist with promotional events, exhibitions, or property expos.

o Distribute marketing materials and brochures to clients.

o Gather client feedback post-visits or project walkthroughs.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2-5 years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or client-facing role (real estate experience preferred).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [insert relevant languages].


• Pleasing personality with a customer-centric attitude.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and communication tools.

Preferred Attributes:


• Experience in luxury real estate or high-end customer service.


• Knowledge of property sales processes and project life cycles.


• Familiarity with local real estate regulations and customer expectations.
