Job Description:

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/out process, and personalized assistance throughout their stay/visit. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving concerns promptly, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

About the role:

As the face of our resort, the Guest Relation Executive (GRE) ensures that every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted from arrival to departure. This role goes beyond reception — it's about building warm relationships, anticipating needs, and curating memorable experiences that reflect the spirit of our eco-luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and charm.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, operations, and events teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Provide personalized recommendations for activities, dining, wellness, and local experiences.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and ensure repeat guests receive a personal touch.
  • Support event operations such as destination weddings, conferences, and group bookings.
  • Uphold grooming standards, lobby presentation, and ensure the guest area reflects the brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi preferred (to better connect with domestic guests).
  • Pleasant, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and solve problems gracefully.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with hotel/resort management systems is a plus.

Salary: 20k-25k per month
