Job Description:

Nura AI Health Screening Centre is seeking a professional and personable Guest Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, assisting with inquiries, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage and schedule appointments for health screenings.
  • Provide information to guests regarding services offered at the centre.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or guest relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
