Role
We are hiring a
Business Development Executive
to engage with schools, meet decision-makers, and promote our STEM-based programs and lab solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools (cold calls, leads, contacts).
- Meet Principals/Directors/Trustees and present STEM solutions.
- Demonstrate products and close deals (agreements & payments).
- Build and maintain strong school relationships.
- Achieve sales/revenue targets in assigned region.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales/BD experience (K–12/EdTech preferred).
- MBA / BBA / B.Tech or equivalent.
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Passion for education & innovation, self-driven, organized.
- Multi-language skills a plus.
