Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the hospitals sales, marketing, and business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead and manage teams handling corporate tie-ups, doctor referral programs, TPAs, government schemes, and institutional sales.
  • Drive patient acquisition initiatives across OPD, IPD, health check-ups, and specialty services.
  • Plan and execute branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to strengthen hospital visibility and reputation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate associations.
  • Coordinate with unit heads and clinical departments to design and promote hospital packages and health camps.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and online reputation management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and periodic performance reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, corporate clients, and referring doctors.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and service quality across all marketing channels.
  • Mentor and develop the marketing and sales teams for performance excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or Healthcare Management.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of experience in hospital sales, marketing, and business development (multi-specialty hospital preferred).
  • Proven track record in driving patient footfall, corporate tie-ups, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
