Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing techno-commercial offer for panel.
  • Responsible for preparing technical replies and revise offer according as per the customer requirement.
  • Responsible for Booking of Panel OSS and coordinate with operation deptt.
  • Responsible for providing/ understanding costing/ specification and doing value engineering in order to reduce the cost.
  • Responsible for making MIS of cost saving after doing value Engineering.
  • Responsible for monthly updation of MIS Report sheet OSS of Panel booked
  • Responsible for taking technical confirmation from respective vendors and finding new substitute economical equivalent product.
  • Responsible for arranging technical document as per the tender requirement in order to meet the criteria such as data sheets/ GA Drawings/ test certificates etc.
  • Responsible for review of final approved drawing VizViz BOM and cost offered to the Design and operation department for final confirmation.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Cost Accuracy while keeping the price backup
  • Knowledge of BS/IS applicable on Panel, Switchgear
