Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering Engineer. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and proposals for electrical projects, especially in the industrial and railway sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents, and specifications.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical proposals, and price estimations.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to gather required input.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and relevant technical standards.
  • Interact with vendors and subcontractors for costing and technical discussions.
  • Support in compiling documents for pre-qualification and final bid submission.
  • Follow up with clients regarding bid status and clarifications.
  • Maintain tender documentation and records for future references.

Key Skills:

  • Good understanding of electrical systems, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of government e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, IREPS) preferred.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Qualification- B.Tech/ Diploma- Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical
