Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, for a Tender Management professional. The Tender Management professional will be responsible for end-to-end tender management services, including compiling proposals, submitting bids, and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure a compliant and successful tender submission.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret tenders, contractual conditions, and organizational requirements
  • Sound technical knowledge of the tendering process and familiarity with government procurement processes
  • Experience in tender management, with a proven track record of successful tender submissions
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with quality management systems or industry-specific certifications is a plus
