Job Description For Tender Specialist
Company- QFS Management System LLP
Location- Sector 16, Noida
Job Purpose
As a Tender/GeM coordinator, you would be responsible for the preparation, submission of various Tenders to manage or supervise the entire tendering process.

Major Role Responsibilities
Study Qualification Criteria of tenders and make assessment for qualification.

Preparation of Price bids by making/filling various schedules given in bid.

Physical submission of tenders either personally or delegating the same to the respective account management team

In case of E-tenders:- scanning/uploading of documents on websites.

Should have in-depth knowledge of GeM (Government e-Market Place) Portal

Attending Price-bid (Commercial opening) meetings; Preparation of comparison chart / Analysis report Etc. submission of the same to the respective Manager.

Keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from the tender floating stage up-to award of work.

Required education:
Bachelors

Required experience:
2-3 years
