Job Description: Business Development Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2-4 years
As Masin expands its AI-driven SaaS offerings for B2B clients, we are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B sales processes, experience in SaaS environments, and strong communication and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads
• Support client communication and follow-ups
• Schedule meetings, demos, and calls with potential clients
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information
• Help prepare sales presentations and proposals
• Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Maintain lead and deal tracking sheets in Excel or Google Sheets and the CRM tool
• Analyze sales data to support strategic decisions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of internal data records
Key Requirements
• Bachelors degree
• 2+ years of experience in B2B and SAAS
• Strong MS PPT / Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of sales cycles or CRM tools is a plus
