Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development (BD) Manager specializing in Government Tenders & International Relations, located in Gurugram. The BD Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing government tenders, establishing and managing international relations, developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role also includes market research, analysis, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Government Tender Management and International Relations
  • Skills in Business Development, Strategy Development, and Execution
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Market Research, Analysis, and Reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field, with a preference for advanced qualifications
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
