Key Responsibilities:
● Own daily operations of a major US revenue channel; ensure smooth execution and delivery of targets.
● Drive revenue growth through disciplined planning, monitoring, and performance management.
● Lead & develop the team to maximize efficiency, accountability, and outcomes.
● Scale operations by identifying new revenue opportunities and improving processes.
● Leverage data to track metrics, identify gaps, and drive informed decisions.
● Manage stakeholders & crises with clarity, composure, and structured problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience in high-scale operations management or revenue channel ownership, ideally in EdTech, Consumer Tech, or fast-growing global businesses.
● Proven experience running operations that delivered $75M–$100M+ ARR or equivalent scale.
● Strong ability to strategize around people and processes while balancing short-term and long-term goals.
● Depth in analytics and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
● Exceptional problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
● Willingness to operate during US business hours and travel to the US for ~3 months annually.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
