Roles and Responsibilities
For Both Roles:
- Identify and onboard new clients, affiliates, and partners for
Web CPL and PPC campaigns
. - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with advertisers, networks, and publishers.
- Understand client objectives and align internal teams for campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with media buying, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Additional for BD Manager:
- Lead and mentor the BD Executive team.
- Create and manage revenue forecasts and pipelines.
- Handle high-value partnerships and negotiations with international clients.
- Represent AdSparkx at industry events and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
For Executive:
- 1–3 years of experience in
Business Development
, preferably in
Performance / Affiliate Marketing
. - Good understanding of
Web-based CPL & PPC campaigns
. - Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
For Manager:
- 5–8 years of experience in
Performance Marketing / Affiliate Business Development
. - Proven track record in scaling
Web campaigns
and driving revenue growth. - Experience in
client acquisition, partnership management, and strategic planning
. - Strong leadership, relationship management, and presentation skills.
