Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for the position of South Head – Sales. The role involves leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing regional sales operations. The individual will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring alignment with company goals, and representing Cosign's values and brand in the South region.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding sales teams toward achieving targets.
- Proven track record in strategic sales planning, business development, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of the signage industry or similar industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate products effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business development purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
