Head – Client Engagement & Hospitality

Role Summary:

We are looking for a service-obsessed leader to drive premium client experiences for high-net-worth families. This role blends elite hospitality standards, ensuring every touchpoint reflects discretion, empathy, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • HNW Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for HNW families—anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and building lifelong trust.
  • Luxury Experience & Service Design
  • Create and refine white-glove protocols that mirror luxury hospitality, with a focus on confidentiality, responsiveness, and personalization.
  • End-to-End Service Oversight
  • Streamline concierge operations from onboarding to ongoing care, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership (Leadership)
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing service team, driving continuous training in empathy, privacy, and elevated service etiquette.
  • Experience Innovation
  • Leverage client insights to evolve offerings, influence product direction, and scale the Service experience with consistency and flair.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality or Business with 3–5+ years of experience in
    premium hospitality, luxury wellness, or concierge service
  • Proven exposure to HNW client servicing and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of luxury service psychology
  • Startup agility with a passion for service personalization
