Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Handle GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
  • Follow up with clients/customers for payment collection and update receivable status regularly.
  • Maintain and organize import-related documentation (training will be provided if needed).
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting the audit process.
  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST compliance and bank reconciliation.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn import documentation procedures if not already experienced.
  • Experince in Marble Industry preffered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
