**ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (MALE)**

Job location: Village Bhimpore, Nani Daman

**Salary**: 25000 TO 30000 per month

Experience: Min 4 to 5 years

Experience in Manufacturing Industry only

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**

 Post entries for Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Receipts, Journals Bank Entries in Tally/ERP

 Proficiently manage GST filings, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

 Expertise in TDS procedures and filings, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

 Weekly & Monthly basis Bank Reconciliation

 Weekly/Monthly Reconciliation of Debtors and creditors

 Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable

 Provide full support to the Manager for internal audit and annual audit.

 To keep track on advance payments and suppliers/Vendors Invoices regularly.

 Preparing outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up.

 Reconciliation of Bank Statement at the end of month.

 Assisting in Finalization of Internal & Statutory Audit.

 Maintaining and keeping all accounting data and records properly

 All other work related to Accounts.

**Mandatory experience**:
 Preparation of E-Challans and making statutory payments of GST/TDS

 TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return filing.

 GST Returns & Reconciliation

 TDS Returns, Quarterly/Monthly Basis
