**Job Title:** Security Head – Non-Ferrous Metal Greenfield Project

**Qualification & Experience:**

* Minimum **8–10 years of experience** in industrial security management.

* Preferably with **military, paramilitary, or sports training** background.

**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a vigilant, disciplined, and experienced **Security Head** to take full charge of the security operations for our upcoming non-ferrous metal greenfield project near Bhilad, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 safety and protection of people, assets, materials, and information within the site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage all security operations at the site, ensuring total safety of employees, contractors, visitors, and company property.

* Develop and implement comprehensive **access control systems** for entry, exit, and restricted zones.

* Monitor and operate **surveillance and CCTV systems** across the facility to prevent theft, sabotage, or unauthorized access.

* Supervise and control the activities of contract and employee security personnel; ensure strict adherence to duty rosters and discipline.

* Conduct regular and surprise inspections, including night checks, to ensure round-the-clock vigilance.

* Establish and oversee systems for visitor entry, gate passes (returnable/non-returnable), contractor and vehicle movement tracking.

* Ensure complete compliance of contract security vendors with **PF, ESIC, and Labour Laws**, in coordination with HR and Accounts.

* Maintain the physical security of the site including **perimeter fencing, gates, and watch towers**.

* Prepare and submit periodic security reports, incident logs, and investigation summaries to management.

* Lead incident investigations and ensure effective root cause analysis for security breaches, if any.

* Coordinate with local **police, hospitals, fire departments, and local authorities** during emergencies.

* Conduct training and awareness programs for the security team on surveillance, emergency response, and modern security systems.

* Promote a culture of safety, alertness, and discipline throughout the site.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

* Fluent in **Hindi, Gujarati, and English**.

* Strong leadership, communication, and public-speaking skills.

* Energetic, confident, disciplined, and physically fit.

* Must be a **non-smoker and non-drinker**.

* Excellent fact-finding, observation, and investigation skills.

* Hands-on experience with **modern security technologies** such as remote surveillance, digital monitoring, and communication systems.
