Job Title Security Head - Non-Ferrous Metal Greenfield Project Location Near Bhilad Gujarat Industry Non-Ferrous Metal Greenfield Project Start Date 01 November 2025 Qualification Experience Minimum 8-10 years of experiencein industrial security management Preferably with military paramilitary or sports trainingbackground Job Overview We are looking for a vigilant disciplined and experienced Security Head to take full charge of the security operations for our upcoming non-ferrous metal greenfield project near Bhilad Gujarat The candidate will be responsible for ensuring 24x7 safety and protection of people assets materials and information within the site Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all security operations at the site ensuring total safety of employees contractors visitors and company property Develop and implement comprehensive access control systemsfor entry exit and restricted zones Monitor and operate surveillance and CCTV systemsacross the facility to prevent theft sabotage or unauthorized access Supervise and control the activities of contract and employee security personnel ensure strict adherence to duty rosters and discipline Conduct regular and surprise inspections including night checks to ensure round-the-clock vigilance Establish and oversee systems for visitor entry gate passes returnable non-returnable contractor and vehicle movement tracking Ensure complete compliance of contract security vendors with PF ESIC and Labour Laws in coordination with HR and Accounts Maintain the physical security of the site including perimeter fencing gates and watch towers Prepare and submit periodic security reports incident logs and investigation summaries to management Lead incident investigations and ensure effective root cause analysis for security breaches if any Coordinate with local police hospitals fire departments and local authoritiesduring emergencies Conduct training and awareness programs for the security team on surveillance emergency response and modern security systems Promote a culture of safety alertness and discipline throughout the site Desired Candidate Profile Fluent in Hindi Gujarati and English Strong leadership communication and public-speaking skills Energetic confident disciplined and physically fit Must be a non-smoker and non-drinker Excellent fact-finding observation and investigation skills Hands-on experience with modern security technologiessuch as remote surveillance digital monitoring and communication systems Interested candidates can share their CVs at theexecutive800 gmail com mailto theexecutive800 gmail com For more information contact us at 86906 11655 86906 11696 This is a great opportunity for a dedicated security professional to lead the establishment of robust security systems and ensure the safe operation of a world-class non-ferrous metal manufacturing facility Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
