- Minimum Experience : 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on GST accounting

**Job Summary**:
As an Accounts Executive specializing in GST you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate recording of financial transactions related to GST, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and managing all GST-related documentation. This role requires a deep understanding of GST regulations and meticulous attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**: Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of GST returns, reconciliation of GST data, and adherence to all GST-related requirements.
- **GST Documentation**: Maintain and organize all GST-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders, tax invoices, and input and output tax records.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record all GST-related financial transactions in the accounting software, ensuring that entries are categorized correctly.
- **GST Reconciliation**: Conduct regular reconciliations of GST data to verify accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- **Audit Support**: Provide support during internal and external audits related to GST and ensure that all required documentation is readily available.
- **GST Reporting**: Prepare and submit GST reports to the tax authorities within the prescribed deadlines.
- **Advisory Services**: Keep abreast of changes in GST laws and regulations, providing advice and recommendations to ensure the company remains compliant.
- **Vendor and Customer Communication**: Communicate with vendors and customers regarding GST-related matters, address inquiries, and resolve issues as necessary.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement related to GST.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records of all GST-related transactions and documentation.

**Other Qualifications**:.
- Deep knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Professional certifications related to accounting and GST are a plus.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
