Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide administrative support to our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as:

  2. Answering phones and responding to emails

  3. Greeting visitors and managing front desk operations

  4. Maintaining accurate records and databases (student information, staff data, etc.)

  5. Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity

  6. Provide support to faculty and staff, including preparing correspondence and reports

  7. Assist with student admissions, registration, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred

  2. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
