
Executive Assistant To Director

You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Directors work including appointments and the diary, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop systems, procedures for keeping records.
- Support the day to day work of Managing Directors.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for Directors.
- Oversee the performance and maintain reports and office work.
- Handling Directors incoming communications such as email and formal letters.
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports etc.
- Take minutes during meetings (internal and External)
- Screen visitors and direct phone calls of directors and distribute correspondence.
- Act as the point of contact among directors, employees, clients, Suppliers, consultants and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inform latest Industrial development and in general to Directors, for this need to do secondary online research and read paper media extensively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fluent communication skills - written & verbal
- Good inter department coordination skills
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
