Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
based in
Bangalore
. This is a
primarily on-field role
, requiring active engagement with clinicians, hospitals, and distributors.
The ideal candidate will not only follow up with existing leads but will also
explore new prospective customers
and strengthen our sales pipeline. You will be the key point of contact ensuring that demos convert into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to demonstrate the Digimuscle device to clinicians, physiotherapists, and hospitals.
- Explore and identify new potential customers and partnerships across Bangalore and nearby regions.
- Follow up on demo leads, ensuring consistent communication and relationship nurturing.
- Coordinate with distributors to confirm quotations are being sent and follow-ups are timely.
- Build and maintain strong networks with doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare institutions.
- Track sales pipeline stages and report weekly on progress and challenges.
- Represent Assistaid Healthcare at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in
field sales, business development, or medical device/healthcare sales
. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking ability and a proactive mindset to identify new opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within and outside Bangalore when required.
- Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable with structured reporting.
