Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. The role requires hands-on experience with sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , and other CRM/lead generation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

  • Effectively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , and other prospecting tools to build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline.

  • Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and market trends to tailor outreach strategies.

  • Pitch IT products/services to decision-makers and influencers, ensuring alignment with client needs.

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets of 1.5L-2L consistently.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports to management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , and other lead-generation tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand client requirements and map them to the right IT solutions.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented with a passion for sales.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is an added advantage.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive base salary.

  • Attractive incentive structure:

  • Standard incentives on achieving the monthly sales target of 1.5L–2L.

  • If sales exceed 2L in a month, you will earn an additional 15% incentive on each project above the target.
