Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who can generate leads, build client relationships, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
This is a partnership model . You will keep 25% of the profits from the clients you bring in. There are no fixed hours; you work at your own pace. This is ideal for professionals seeking extra income, flexibility, or those aspiring to build their own HR solutions business with zero upfront investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify, connect with, and nurture potential clients.
- Present Humanzilaa's HR solutions and convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Promote Our Full HR Services
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: bulk hiring, niche hiring, executive search, end-to-end hiring.
- Onboarding & Induction.
- Payroll & Compliance: PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, taxation.
- HR Policies & Documentation.
- Performance Management Systems.
- Employee Engagement & Retention Programs.
- Training & Development.
- Exit Management & Full-and-Final Settlements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Sales/BD experience preferred (HR/recruitment exposure is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently without fixed working hours.
