Their B2B fleet leasing business spans acrossthree-wheeler cargo,four-wheeler cargo and carleasingforemployee transportation, ride-hailing, and fleet operators, and we are now expanding intobus and truck leasing.With deep partnerships across OEMs, fleet operators, and financiers, we are building a technology-led, data- driven platform that drives asset performance, lifecycle management, and circular value creation.Their mission is toaccelerate EV adoption at scaleby combining capital efficiency, intelligent asset management, and ecosystem collaboration.Role OverviewThePresident – Business Developmentwill own theP&L and growth charterfor the company's B2B leasing business across India. This leader will driverevenue growth, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and product diversifica:on— steering the business from a ₹300 Cr book to₹2000 Cr AUM in the next 24 months. This is a pivotal leadership role suited for a proven business builder from thecommercial vehicle or financing/leasing industry, who brings strong networks, operational rigor, and a track record of scaling businesses with institutional processesKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & P&L Ownership• Lead national business development for 4W cargo and car segment for employee transport, inter-city transportation, logistics segment• Own revenue, margins, and asset quality — driving disciplined growth and capital efficiency• Expand the company's product porPortfolio Performance, Collection & Risk Management• ManageCollection, NPAs, defaults, and redeployment of repossessed vehiclesto maintain target portfolio yields• Build systems and processes forNPA control, recovery efficiency, and asset turnaround time• Collaborate closely with risk and asset management teams to ensuresustainable book quality andcontrolled credit losses• Use data-led monitoring and predictive analytics for early delinquency identification and resolutionPartnerships & Ecosystem Development• Forge and manage deep partnerships withcorporates,aggregators, large fleet operators, OEMs, dealers• Identify, structure, and negotiate new business opportunities and alliance models• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with OEMs and institutional partnersTeam Leadership & Capability Building• Build and lead a high-performing national business development and account management team• Establish strong governance, process, and performance management frameworks• Mentor regional leaders, fostering accountability and execution excellenceMarket Expansion & Strategy Execution• Evaluate new markets and customer segments for growth and diversification• Translate strategic priorities into executable annual and quarterly plans• Track business performance through data-led dashboards and MIS reviewsStakeholder Management• Work closely with promoters, risk, asset management, and opera>ons teams to ensure portfolio health• Represent the company with promoters, OEM leadership, and policy forumsIdeal Candidate Profile• 15+ yearsof experience incommercial vehicle financing, fleet leasingor CV logisticsindustrywith at least5+ years in leadership roles• Proven track record in scaling a business or portfolio beyond ₹1000 Cr+in AUM• Strong industry relationships withOEMs and large fleet operators• Strategic thinker with deep understanding of leasing, asset financing economics, and risk management• MBA from a reputed business school (Tier 1 or 2)• High on ownership, analytical ability, and execution disciplineKey Competencies• Business acumen and financial understanding• Strategic partnership building• P&L and portfolio management• Leadership and people development• Process orientation and structured thinking• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsWho You Are• Strategic thinker + executor• Comfortable with early stage Startups and ambiguity• Strong ownership• Curious & learning-orientedSuccess Metrics (KPIs)• partnerships signed• Partner activation rate• Partner-sourced revenue• Integration velocity• Co-marketing outcomesWhy Join Us• Lead one of India's fastest-growing EV leasing businesses with a clear path to₹2000 Cr+ AUM• Be part of amission-driven companyshaping the future of sustainable mobility• Work in afast-paced, process-driven, and high-accountabilityculture, Attractive compensation with long-term wealth creation via ESOPs
