• English must be fluent (Strong Communication and Presentation skills); working

knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is desirable

• Engage with the customer, identify triggers, identify key issues that impact the business,

and make recommendations to the customer.

• Work with the consultants to understand the potential solutions and formulate a

winning strategy.

• A high degree of commitment and goal orientation is a must.

• Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust to the demands

of a high-pressure job.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and

prospective customers.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their

requirements.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customers through cold calling.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.

Coordination with team members and other departments

Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports.

Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive

activities, and potential for new products and services.

Keep abreast of best practices and ongoing trends in the market.

Requirements:

Proven work experience in Sales

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive

business professional relationships.

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Should have good contacts with Government and Corporate clients.
