We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager to drive our growth engine. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a blend of a strategic thinker and a relentless executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners/clients; negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging markets to pivot strategies as needed.
- Pitching & Presentations: Create compelling decks and lead pitches that clearly articulate our value proposition to C-suite executives.
- Relationship Management: Act as a bridge between the client and our internal product/service teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and deal stages in [e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot].
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2/3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the [Your Industry] sector).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Negotiation: Proven track record of handling objections and closing complex contracts.
- Self-Starter: A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to track conversion rates and ROI on business development activities.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
