About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, well-networked legal dealmaker to lead strategic partnerships and revenue growth across the legal and financial ecosystem.

This is a mission-critical leadership role for someone who understands the business side of law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can convert relationships into recurring revenue.

You will work directly with the Founder and own all partnership-led business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & execute the partnership strategy across law firms, chambers, corporates & legal networks

Source and close 8–10 commercial litigation / arbitration / recovery mandates every week

Build and manage high-value relationships with partners, counsels & enterprise clients

Drive deal origination and revenue through your existing industry network

Represent the company at legal events, conferences and strategic forums

Build repeatable partnership models and structured revenue channels

Work closely with internal legal & investment teams to evaluate opportunities

Create a long-term strategic growth pipeline through ecosystem alliances

Ideal Profile
Partner / Senior Partner / Of Counsel at a law firm OR

Senior BD-focused professional in the legal & disputes ecosystem

10+ years of experience in Disputes, Litigation, Arbitration, IBC, Recoveries or Legal BD

Strong CXO-level network across corporates, law firms & legal community

Demonstrated track record in deal sourcing, client acquisition or revenue ownership

Exceptional communication, influence & relationship management skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work at speed and scale

Immediate Joiners or short notice period will be prioritized
