B2B SaaS & Digital Marketing (MarTech) — a revenue-focused technology organisation building cloud-native marketing solutions that enable data-driven campaign orchestration, customer acquisition, and performance analytics for enterprise clients. This role is based in India and requires on-site leadership to scale sales operations and enterprise adoption.

Role:
Vice President of Sales – SaaS (Digital Marketing) – On-site, India

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy for digital-marketing SaaS products across enterprise and mid-market segments in India, owning revenue targets and quota attainment.
  • Build, lead and coach a high-performing sales organization (field, enterprise AE, SDR/BDR and partner managers) to consistently meet pipeline and close goals.
  • Drive large, complex deals end-to-end: qualify opportunities, design commercial models, negotiate contracts and close multi-stakeholder procurements.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to define ABM programs, demand-generation tactics and product positioning that accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Implement and optimise sales processes, forecasting cadences and CRM usage (Salesforce) with RevOps to improve predictability and GTM efficiency.
  • Establish and grow channel and partner ecosystems (agencies, resellers, system integrators) to expand market reach and accelerate net-new revenue.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Proven track record leading enterprise SaaS sales for digital marketing or MarTech solutions with consistent quota attainment.
  • Deep experience with account-based selling, complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and revenue operations tooling and processes (Salesforce-driven forecasting and pipeline management).
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and scale sales teams and partner channels in India.

Preferred

  • Background selling marketing automation, advertising technology, customer-data platforms or analytics products.
  • Experience scaling on-site B2B SaaS operations across APAC/India and managing channel ecosystems.
