Sales & Growth Associate (ABM SaaS)

We are looking for a Sales & Growth Associate—an energetic and motivated individual eager to learn and grow in B2B sales and marketing. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in sales, lead qualification, and customer engagement

within a fast-moving SaaS startup.

What You'll Do

Account Research & Lead Qualification

  • Research companies that book demos to understand their business, industry, and fit for Recotap
  • Assist in qualifying leads by gathering key insights and preparing discovery notes
  • Learn to analyze sales data to prioritize high-potential accounts.
  • Product Demos & Sales Engagement
  • Support in scheduling and conducting product demos alongside the founder
  • Learn how to ask the right questions to uncover customer needs
  • Assist in creating demo scripts and refining sales presentations

Nurture & Follow-Ups

  • Follow up with prospects who have taken a demo, keeping them engaged with relevant content
  • Run simple nurture email sequences and learn best practices for outreach
  • Keep CRM and sales pipeline updated with key interactions

Sales Support & Growth

  • Assist in closing deals by addressing prospect questions and handling objections
  • Work closely with the founder to refine messaging and improve sales processes
  • Gain hands-on training in sales strategy, pipeline management, and customer success
