Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads and drive business opportunities in the APAC and EMEA regions. This role will be a key part of building the BDR vertical within the Sales function, working closely with the Sales Head to develop and implement best practices for business development across the company's product suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in the APAC and EMEA regions through networking, cold calling, and personalized outreach.
  • Use a combination of channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn InMails, marketing automation tools, etc.) to nurture leads.
  • Support and improve the demand-generation process by experimenting with new approaches.
  • Proactively generate appointments and outbound opportunities for the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to qualify and convert leads into opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Contribute to fueling the growth of the sales pipeline across multiple market segments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Excellent prospecting and relationship-building skills to develop business in new accounts.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Creative and personalized outbound prospecting approach.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a hyper-growth, dynamic environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of proven success in business development roles within CRM, SaaS, or High-Tech industries.
  • Excellent command of English (written, spoken, and comprehension).
