Role & responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs tailored to priority accounts.
- Align ABM initiatives with sales goals to generate, nurture, and accelerate opportunities.
Campaign Development
- Create personalized content, messaging, and experiences based on account needs and personas.
- Leverage digital, events, email, and social channels for integrated multi-touch campaigns.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, prioritize outreach, and enable account teams with insights.
- Provide account intelligence, engagement data, and campaign performance reports.
Tools & Technology
- Manage and optimize ABM platforms and Martech stack (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Track engagement, influence, and ROI across ABM programs.
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure and report on program performance, account engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize programs based on insights and results.
Preferred candidate profile
- 57 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in ABM within the SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of ABM strategies, frameworks, and tools.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design compelling account-specific campaigns.
