- Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end ABM campaigns targeting key accounts across industries like healthcare, finance, logistics, and technology.

- Collaborate with sales and SDRs to identify high-intent accounts and tailor campaign messaging accordingly.

- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid media, direct mail, events, etc.) to nurture accounts through the funnel.

- Utilize tools like RollWorks, HubSpot, Demandbase, or 6sense to activate and track ABM programs.

- Create custom landing pages, engagement assets, and ROI calculators using tools like Outgrow, Landingi, or similar.

- Track performance using key ABM metrics (e.g., account engagement, pipeline influenced, opportunity acceleration).

- Drive account intelligence, segmentation, and personalization using CRM and intent data.

- Coordinate with content, design, and web teams to develop campaign assets and account-specific content.

- Support marketing ops with campaign workflows, lead routing, and attribution Proven experience in account-based marketing (minimum 4 years) in a B2B environment.

- Solid understanding of ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and lifecycle stages.

- Strong hands-on experience with ABM platforms like RollWorks, Demandbase, or HubSpot ABM.

- Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), audience segmentation, and reporting dashboards.

- Experience with B2B email automation, retargeting, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, sales, and analytics teams.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with campaign execution.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to measure success and optimize performance.

- Experience working with international markets (US/UK/EMEA) and running industry-specific ABM plays.
