Join Our Team as a Sales Head - BPO Services ( Non voice)
Are you a dynamic sales professional with a history of success in international markets? Are you ready to lead and innovate in the Data Management sector within the BPO industry? Flatworld Solutions Inc, a global leader in technology-driven business solutions, is looking for an experienced Sales Head to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Head with us, you will spearhead business development efforts for our Data management and Non- Voice BPO services, focusing primarily on the US and EU markets. We value strategic thinkers with a strong background in managing BPO Sales function related to Data entry, Data Cleansing, Data Processing,Data analytics etc. This role is perfect for someone who excels in global sales and thrives on building long-lasting client relationships both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to expand our footprint in the US and EU BPO markets, leveraging both online and offline channels.
- Manage an active pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and revenue targets.
- Lead sales initiatives for large-scale projects, ensuring successful client engagement and delivery.
- Engage international clientele on Data Processing, Data conversion, Data Mining, Data Annotation, and Database Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the sector including GenAI disruptions
- Represent Flatworld Solutions at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to enhance our visibility and brand reputation.
- Drive client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and support throughout the sales A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with 3 years in a senior Sales role.
- Proven expertise in leading international sales efforts in the BPO sector, focusing on the US and EU markets.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales and business development activities for high-value projects exceeding $1M.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a familiarity on GEnai tools disrupting the Non-voice BPO market and to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the outsourcing domain
- MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred.
