Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for rolling out our products to our customers and managing the 24/7 support function for product rollouts. This role requires a combination of project management, technical understanding, and customer service expertise. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the successful deployment of our products, overseeing the 24/7 support function, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure successful product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role in a tech or software company.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• PMP and other similar project management certification is required.
• Excellent technical understanding, with the ability to coordinate with the development team and understand the technical aspects of our products.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage a 24/7 support function.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
