Strategic ABM Lead Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Account-Based Marketing initiatives.

About the Position:

This role demands an individual with exceptional strategic thinking, able to design and execute ABM programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales, strategy, and content teams to craft bespoke client journeys aligned with key business objectives and buying behaviors.
  • Develop comprehensive asset briefs based on account insights, buying stages, and personas to inform high-impact marketing materials.
  • Oversee asset review cycles to ensure content accuracy, brand cohesion, and strategic relevance.
  • Utilize ABM platforms and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized campaigns across channels, including email, digital ads, and web experiences.
  • Track and report on account engagement, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline impact; iterate based on actionable insights.
  • Maintain a centralized ABM content repository to facilitate reuse and rapid deployment of account-level assets.
  • Stay abreast of emerging ABM trends, tools, and tactics to drive continuous innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in ABM, campaign management, or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of account segmentation, buying journeys, and personalization strategies.
  • Ability to write or manage compelling asset briefs and oversee creative development cycles.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized and process-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
