About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to spearhead our B2B marketing efforts.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end ABM campaigns across various industries, including healthcare, finance, logistics, and technology.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales and SDRs to identify high-intent accounts, managing multi-channel campaigns to nurture accounts through the funnel, and utilizing tools like RollWorks, HubSpot, Demandbase or 6sense to activate and track ABM programs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in account-based marketing (minimum 4 years) in a B2B environment, with a solid understanding of ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and lifecycle stages.
Strong hands-on experience with ABM platforms like RollWorks, Demandbase or HubSpot ABM is required, as well as comfort working with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), audience segmentation, and reporting dashboards.
Experience with B2B email automation, retargeting, and LinkedIn Ads is also essential.
The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, sales, and analytics teams, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with campaign execution.
An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to measure success and optimize performance is crucial.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with international markets (US/UK/EMEA) and running industry-specific ABM plays.
