About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and creative ABM Strategist with product marketing experience to design and execute account-based strategies that drive pipeline growth, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and support revenue objectives. This role blends strategic account-based marketing expertise with product marketing insights, ensuring campaigns are hyper-targeted, value-driven, and aligned to customer pain points.
As an ABM Strategist, you will partner with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams to create personalized engagement programs that resonate with decision-makers and accelerate deal velocity in a competitive SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs aligned with business goals.
Identify and segment high-value target accounts in partnership with sales leadership.
Personalize messaging and campaigns to specific industries, personas, and buying committees.
Plan integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, paid ads, LinkedIn, webinars, events, content syndication).
Product Marketing Integration
Collaborate with product marketing to position SaaS offerings effectively for target accounts.
Translate product features into value-driven narratives tailored to verticals and account needs.
Create account-specific value propositions, battle cards, and ROI calculators.
Partner on case studies, whitepapers, and content tailored to ABM initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales and customer success to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue targets.
Provide account insights and marketing intelligence to enable sales outreach.
Ensure strong collaboration with demand generation and field marketing teams.
Measurement & Optimization
Define ABM success metrics (engagement, influenced pipeline, deal velocity, ROI).
Use marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to track performance.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, A/B testing, and account engagement insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
1–3 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2+ years in ABM strategy.
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of buyer journeys, enterprise sales cycles, and SaaS GTM motions.
Hands-on expertise with ABM platforms and CRM tools.
Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with ability to link marketing activities to business outcomes.
Experience working closely with sales teams and influencing pipeline growth.
