Key Account Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Marketing Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end account-based marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Your primary focus will be on identifying high-intent accounts and tailoring campaign messaging to meet their specific needs. You will work closely with sales and SDRs to ensure alignment and maximize results.

To achieve this, you will utilize tools like RollWorks, HubSpot, Demandbase, or 6sense to activate and track ABM programs. Additionally, you will create custom landing pages, engagement assets, and ROI calculators using tools like Outgrow, Landingi, or similar.

You will also be responsible for tracking performance using key ABM metrics such as account engagement, pipeline influenced, and opportunity acceleration. Furthermore, you will drive account intelligence, segmentation, and personalization using CRM and intent data.

In terms of qualifications, you should have proven experience in account-based marketing (minimum 4 years) in a B2B environment. A solid understanding of ABM strategies (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and lifecycle stages is also essential.

You should have strong hands-on experience with ABM platforms like RollWorks, Demandbase, or HubSpot ABM. Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), audience segmentation, and reporting dashboards is also required.

Experience with B2B email automation, retargeting, and LinkedIn Ads is highly desirable. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, sales, and analytics teams are also essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to balance strategic thinking with campaign execution. An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to measure success and optimize performance is also necessary.

Experience working with international markets (US/UK/EMEA) and running industry-specific ABM plays is a plus.
