About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join as
Co-Head of HNI Sales
. The ideal candidate will be a senior wealth or broking professional with a strong network of
High-Net-Worth (HNI)
clients and proven success in building and leading client relationships across cash, margin, and funding products. This role involves
bringing an active book of clients
, managing end-to-end servicing through research-backed advisory, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives in the HNI segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage
    HNI clients
    offering services across cash, margin, funding, and structured investment solutions
  • Lead business development and client acquisition strategies to grow the firm's HNI franchise
  • Deliver comprehensive investment and trading solutions backed by in-house research and analytics
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, funding efficiency, and superior client service
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining compliance and client relationship excellence

Requirements

  • Proven ability to
    bring an active book of HNI clients
  • Strong understanding of
    cash, margin, and funding products
    for high-value clients
  • Deep market knowledge, product expertise, and sales acumen
  • Based in
    Mumbai, Delhi, or Gujarat
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
