Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CRM Head to lead our post-sales customer journey. You will be the key driver of customer satisfaction, payment collections, documentation, possession process, and overall relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the CRM team and manage end-to-end customer lifecycle post-booking.
- Ensure smooth documentation, agreement execution, and timely collections.
- Handle customer queries, grievances, and post-possession support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Projects teams.
- Enhance customer experience and loyalty through efficient systems and communication.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of CRM experience, preferably in real estate, residential or commercial sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and real estate processes.
- Customer-first mindset with a sharp eye on operational efficiency.
- Candidates Preferred who can join from immediate to 15 days timeframe.
- Candidates should be from Pune and PCMC regions only, relocation and outside Pune candidates don't apply
