  • Experience in Customer handling and retention
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with customers
  • L Lead Tracking: Manages and nurtures leads to improve conversions.
  • Policy Tracking: Monitors policy renewals and automates reminders.
  • Communication: Streamlines client interactions and personalized engagement.
  • Cross-Selling: Identifies opportunities for upselling and retention.

Passionate to meet new people and travelling is must. Candidate should work under pressure and must have pleasant personality and outspoken.

Qualifications:

1) Preferably any Graduate.

2) Customer Relationship Manager experience as any CRM Industry or Insurance

3) Fresher's also can apply, but should be ready to travel and must have learning attitude.

Salary:

1) Fresher's in training period and after confirmation salary will be 25000.

2) experienced in other industry, salary is based on skill set .If experienced in insurance industry then salary negotiable based on last drawn salary and salary proof such as bank statement/ salary slips/ form16/ needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
