to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, enhancing customer loyalty, and driving growth through targeted CRM strategies.

Role Summary
:

As the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive
, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, increasing brand loyalty, and driving sales growth. You will need to manage a variety of client-facing tasks, including cold calling, handling client inquiries, and ensuring that our clients have a positive experience with our fashion products. Your role will also include monitoring sales performance, working with the marketing team to implement customer-centric campaigns, and identifying opportunities to improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Customer Relationship Management
    :

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

  3. Provide top-notch customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  4. Understand client needs, resolve any issues, and ensure that clients' expectations are met.

  5. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
    :

  6. Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling to introduce new product lines and promotions.

  7. Follow-up on leads and ensure conversion into sales opportunities.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.

  9. Client Handling & Sales Targets
    :

  10. Meet sales targets and KPIs set for customer acquisition and retention.

  11. Upsell and cross-sell products by identifying opportunities based on client behavior and needs.
  12. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences and concerns to refine future strategies.

  13. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
    :

  14. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with ongoing campaigns.

  15. Ensure a seamless handover of customer insights and updates between CRM and marketing teams.

  16. CRM Reporting & Analytics
    :

  17. Track customer interactions and sales data using CRM tools and provide reports on key metrics such as customer satisfaction, retention rates, and sales performance.

  18. Regularly update CRM records to ensure accurate and current customer data.

  19. Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    :

  20. Collect customer feedback and suggestions to help enhance the customer experience.

  21. Work on strategies to continuously improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications
:

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    : 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in the
    fashion retail
    industry.
  • Fluent in English
    : Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse fluently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Sales & Target Driven
    : Experience in achieving sales targets in a retail or service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Cold Calling & Client Handling
    : Strong expertise in
    cold calling

    , and handling client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Proficient in CRM Software
    : Familiarity with CRM software and tools for managing customer relationships, sales data, and reporting.
  • Fashion Industry Knowledge
    : Experience in fashion retail or a genuine interest in fashion, especially e-commerce, is preferred.
