JOB ROLE:

To attend the breakdown call of the machines

To handle trouble shooting of the machines To take follow up for AMC & CMC of the machines To carry out installation of the machines To give Demonstration of the machine at the customer end Analysis of Customer Stock On Site Inspection Ensuring full support to the Customer. Payment Follow-up ,if required

NOTE - It will be a field/ travelling job as you have to visit to our client place to provide service and maintenance of medical equipment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1)Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

2)Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.

  • Job Nature & Location: If appointed at the bengaluru location, you will be responsible for covering the entire bengaluru, bengaluru region and nearby areas for service-related duties as it is a feild and travelling job.
  • Probation Period: During your entire probation period you agree not to resign from your position.
  • Training Requirement: In case your training is scheduled in Delhi, which will last for approximately one (1) month, you confirm your willingness and comfort with attending this training.
  • CTC Disclosure: Your complete Cost to Company (CTC) details will be shared with you prior to your joining.
  • Leave Policy: During the initial three months of your employment, no leaves will be permitted. After this period, you are expected to follow the company's leave policy.
  • Code of Conduct: Any instance of misbehaviour or misconduct will result in disciplinary action in accordance with the company's policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
