Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Engineer role based in Vijayawada. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, field services, and maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment. The role also involves providing technical support to clients, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining open communication with relevant stakeholders. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering excellent service quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Troubleshooting, Field Service, and Maintenance & Repair
  • Strong Technical Support skills to diagnose and address technical issues effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and manage time efficiently
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Degree or certification in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is beneficial
