Manager - Executive Compensation & Equity AdministrationLocation: IndiaReports To: Head of Executive CompensationEmployment Type: Full-TimeLevel: ManagerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Executive Compensation team. This role will be responsible for administering the company's global equity plans and supporting executive compensation programs, including compliance, regulatory filings, and proxy-related activities. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to strategic compensation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister global equity plans, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of equity transactions in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.Support the design and execution of executive compensation programs.Assist with annual compensation cycles including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.Prepare reports and materials for Compensation Committee meetings.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to equity and executive compensation.Contribute to the preparation of proxy statements and other public disclosures.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Equity Transaction Accuracy: >=99%Timely Reporting: 100% of delivered on or before deadlinesCompliance Rate: 100% adherence to internal and external regulationsStakeholder Satisfaction: >=90% satisfaction score in internal surveysProcess Improvements: Minimum of 2 implemented annuallyAudit Readiness: Zero major findings in internal/external auditsQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of experience in equity administration and/or executive compensationStrong understanding of equity instruments, compensation structures, and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience working in a global, cross-functional environmentFamiliarity with AI tools and technologies used in compensation analytics and reportingAbility to leverage AI-driven insights for benchmarking, forecasting, and decision supportWhy Join Us?Work in a globally integrated teamOpportunity to influence strategic compensation decisionsExposure to executive-level programs and governanceCompetitive compensation and benefits
