Role Overview - Employment Type: Contract (12 months) - Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore - Work Arrangement: 100% Work from Office We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Operations Specialist to support the smooth execution and governance of Compensation and Equity programs . This role is responsible for managing compensation processes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating effectively with HR and business stakeholders to enable seamless reward operations. Key Responsibilities - Support execution of annual and periodic compensation cycles (Merit, Performance Pay, Promotions). - Maintain and validate compensation data, pay ranges, and job structures within the HRMS. - Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and leadership decisions. - Support Equity-related programs and administer activities within the Equity management tool. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness. - Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate compensation operations. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Rewards, or HR Operations. - Strong analytical and Excel skills ; experience with HRMSor Compensation systems (e.G., SuccessFactors) preferred. - Basic knowledge of compensation principles , pay structures , and incentive programs . - High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential data . - Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments . - Adaptable to changing business needs and supportive of continuous improvement initiatives. - Strong oral and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.
