Responsibilities: 1.   Create and implement a sales strategy to help your company expand. 2.   Should have experience and ability to Sell and Promote food products such as: Dry Fruits, Herbs, Spices, Seeds and Healthy Snacks. 3.   Have to meet, greet and sell to Dealers, Distributors, Retailers and Supermarkets, all over the country. 4.   Assisting the marketing team in Market research of products being launched. 5.   Supporting other Sales Team Members when they are newly recruited optimum performance as a team. 6.   Connect with new customers via emails, phone calls and all mediums of communications to convert them into sales. 7.   Should be confident and have the ability to converse in meetings with all prospective and existing clients to understand the needs of the customer and make sales strategies accordingly. 8.   Provide motivation and guidance to the sales executives to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals. 9.   Collaborate with the marketing and production heads to develop products and packaging as per the client's needs. 10. Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities. 11. Coordinate with CRM, and get customer feedback and ensure to take all measures to retain clients. 12. Collecting Customer Data, and ensuring each customer is served with special attention and their requirement is fulfilled. 13. Assisting all Sales Heads now and in future.
Skills: 1.   Good organisational skills. 2.   Excellent communication skills. 3.   Positive teamwork skills. 4.   Ability to travel to different parts of the country for product promotion and marketing campaigns and meeting existing and potential clients.
