Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute strategic sales activities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business development opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, coordinating with technical teams, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves promoting The Pure Chem's products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Market Analysis expertise.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with Analytical and Decision-Making abilities for solving client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and related technology platforms.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage accounts independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or chemical-related industries is a plus.
